DealerX dashboard
Overview
DealerX → Dashboard shows how many leads were created, sold, delivered and lost, and the closing percentage (sold ÷ created), for a date range and per dealership. Every number is a link to the leads list with the same filters, so you can see which leads are behind it.
Steps
- Pick who to show under Showing: My dashboard (leads assigned to you) or, for Owners and Admins, Everyone or a single rep.
- Set From and To. The current month is selected when the page opens. Dates follow the time zone of your first dealership.
- Account totals shows the Created, Sold and Closing percentage tiles and a row per dealership with Created, E-leads, Merged (always 0 for now), Sold, Delivered and Lost.
- Dealership totals shows Today, Yesterday, This month, Same period last month (the 1st of last month to the same day of the month), Last month and Monthly average (the last six full months), with Total, Manual, E-leads, Lost, Sold, Delivered and Closing %.
- Click any number to open the matching leads.
Created counts use the lead's creation date; Sold, Delivered and Lost use the date the stage was reached. Deleted leads are not counted.
Tips
- A closing percentage of 0 with sold leads means nothing was created in that range; widen the dates.
- The leads list opened from a link keeps the date type (created, sold, delivered or lost) in its sidebar.
