Agent gallery
Overview
The Agent Gallery is a library of prebuilt AI agents created by the AtomicX team. Each one comes with ready-made instructions and settings for a common use, so you don't have to write an agent from scratch. When you add an agent from the gallery, a copy is placed in your own agent list, where you can review it, adjust it and publish it.
When the AtomicX team improves a gallery agent, you can update your copy with the latest version.
You'll find the gallery under AI → Agent gallery.
Steps
Browse and add an agent
- Go to AI → Agent gallery.
- Optionally, use Filter by category to narrow the list. Click All to see every agent again.
- Read the name, description and category on each card. Cards marked From Platform come from the AtomicX team.
- Click Add to my agents on the agent you want. A message confirms that it was added.
The card now shows Added, the date it was added and Already in your library. Click View agents to go to your agent list.
Review and publish the new agent
Agents added from the gallery start as Draft, so they can't be used in chats yet.
- Go to AI → AI agents and find the new agent.
- Click Edit to review the Agent Instructions (System Prompt) and other settings. Adjust anything you need, such as your company name or tone, then click Update Agent.
- Click Publish on the agent's card.
- Attach the agent to an AI Chat node in your workflow. See AI agents for the steps.
Update an agent from the gallery
The My Agents from Gallery section at the bottom of the gallery page lists the agents you've added. Each one shows Based on and the name of the gallery agent it came from.
When a newer version is available, the agent shows Update Available:
- Click Sync.
- Read the confirmation. Syncing replaces the agent's instructions and settings with the latest gallery version, and any changes you made to the instructions are overwritten.
- Confirm to continue.
- Go to AI → AI agents, review the updated agent and click Publish to make the new version live.
Tips
- Treat gallery agents as a starting point. Adding your business details and rules to the instructions usually gives better results.
- Before you click Sync, copy any custom instructions you want to keep. You can paste them back in after syncing.
- If you publish a synced agent and want to go back, open Versions on the agent's card and use Set as Current on an earlier version.
- If the gallery shows No Templates Available, no prebuilt agents are available to your account right now. You can still create your own agent.
