Verify WooCommerce order access

You can browse public products without verification. Private order details require verifying that specific order, whether you checked out as a guest or registered customer.

Verify an order

  1. Click Verify order access below the website chat.
  2. In the separate window, enter the numeric order number and email address used at checkout.
  3. Click Send verification code. If the details match, an eight-digit code is emailed to the address recorded on that order.
  4. Enter the code in the verification window, then close it and ask about the order in chat. Never enter the code in chat.

Codes expire after ten minutes and allow five attempts. Wait at least sixty seconds before requesting another code. Request and delivery limits also apply. Verification lasts thirty minutes and covers only the verified order in that conversation; another order needs its own verification.

Use Clear order access to revoke access. If the store disconnects/reconnects or the chat changes commerce provider, open a new verification session; a provider change also requires a new conversation. If the popup is blocked, allow it and click the control again.

Troubleshooting

Check the original order email and default numeric order number. Custom numbering plugins are not supported. If no email arrives, check spam and ask the store to confirm email delivery is configured. The generic response does not confirm whether an order exists. WordPress account sign-in and all-orders-by-email access are not available.
