Integrations overview

Overview

Integrations connect AtomicX Chat to the other systems your business uses. You can send captured leads to your CRM, measure chat activity in Google Analytics, sync property data from your property-management system, or bring conversations into your team's messaging app.

To see them, go to Integrations → Integrations. Each integration has its own card, showing:

Card Category What it does
Google Analytics Analytics Sends chat-widget opens, conversation starts and messages to your GA4 property. See Google Analytics integration.
Shopify (Beta) Commerce Retrieves products and orders through separate customer and staff assistants. See Shopify integration.
HubSpot CRM Syncs captured contacts, deals, tickets and conversation transcripts to HubSpot. See HubSpot integration.
Yardi (Beta) Property management Mirrors units and leads from Yardi, books tours and pushes conversation summaries back as notes. This card only appears if your plan includes Yardi.
Slack Messaging Routes conversations to Slack channels so your team can reply from Slack. See Slack integration.
Webhook Developer Sends conversation start, handoff and end events to your own HTTPS endpoint. Set it up under Settings → Integrations. See Webhook integration.
Zapier (Beta) Automation Sends each new lead (a visitor who gives an email or phone number) to Zapier, so you can pass it to thousands of other apps. See Zapier integration.

Cards can show badges. Connected, Enabled (Google Analytics) or Configured means settings have been saved for that integration. Beta means it's available but still being improved. For Yardi and Slack, the most reliable status is on the integration's own page: the connection test result for Yardi, or the connection card on Chat → Channels for Slack.

If you don't see Integrations in the left menu, or the page says Feature Not Available, your plan doesn't include integrations. See Plans and subscription.

Anyone on your team can view the Integrations page. Only people with the Owner or Admin role can change connection details.

Steps

Connect an integration

  1. Go to Integrations → Integrations.
  2. Open the optional Before you start guide at the top of the page. It lists what you'll need from the other system, such as admin rights to create an app or API key.
  3. On the card you want, click Connect. If the integration already has saved settings, the button says Manage instead.
  4. Each integration's settings page opens with a step-by-step setup guide at the top. Follow it to get credentials from the other system, then enter them in the form.

Test and save

Connection and testing steps vary by integration. Shopify uses an authorization flow; its settings save through the individual actions below.

  1. Enter the credentials from the other system.
  2. For HubSpot, click Test connection and wait for the green Connected badge. Then choose what to sync under What to sync and click Save. See HubSpot integration.
  3. For Google Analytics, click Save first, then Send test event and confirm it in Google Analytics. See Google Analytics integration.
  4. For Yardi, click Save first so your credentials are stored, then click Test connection. See Yardi integration.
  5. If the test shows Failed, check the credentials against the setup guide on that page and try again.

Shopify

Open the Shopify card, click Connect Shopify, authorize the store, then run Test connection. Create and publish separate customer and staff agents, configure customer verification, and explicitly enable staff members. See Shopify integration.

Slack

The Slack card takes you to Chat → Channels, where Slack is managed alongside your other messaging channels. See Slack integration.

Check that data is flowing

  1. Run a full test conversation. See Test your chat.
  2. Look in the other system for the new record. For HubSpot, a contact is created when a conversation ends and an email address was collected.
  3. If nothing shows up, open the integration's page again and click Test connection.

Tips

  • Credentials are stored encrypted for your account. If a secret field is left blank on a later visit, the saved value is kept.
  • For HubSpot, your chat workflow needs to collect an email address and end with an End conversation node. Without both, no contact is created. See Workflow node types.
  • To answer text messages, connect a Twilio SMS number under Chat → Channels. WhatsApp and Telegram aren't available yet. See SMS and WhatsApp.
  • To let your AI agents look up or update data in your own systems during a conversation, connect an MCP server under AI → MCP servers. See Connect MCP servers.
  • If you need an integration that isn't listed, contact support.
